Benesse Indonesia is an education company from Japan. Currently Benesse is focusing in South Asian regional, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, China and now we would like to expand our business in Indonesia.
Right now our project is to develop new learning course for elementary school children, particulary in Math subject. Now we have branches for our learning course in Tangerang City area and plan to expand our business to all over Indonesia. Currently, we are looking for professional, ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our team.
Branch Manager
This position is responsible for manage bimbel (bimbingan belajar), which will be newly opened in Tangerang area (and surrounding), and also to teach Math to elementary students with Shinkenjuku method, Japan's No.1 Education Method. After 1-2 years experience working with us, you can be the owner of this outlet bimbel with less investment or risks. It is the system to support you to becoming an Enterpreneur (Edu-Preneur).
We are looking for persons with the following requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
Fresh graduate are welcome.
Have passion in education field.
Fast learner, dicipline, hard worker and have good communication skill with students and parents.
Have spirit or interest in enterpreneurship.
Have a leadership skill and itention to be independent.
Eager to learn new things.
Able to commute in Tangerang area (and surrounding) 6 days full time a week (Monday-Saturday).

Tutor/Teacher
The position is responsible for teaching Math to elementary student with Shinkenjuku method, The Japan's No.1 Education Method, in our bimbel which will be newly opened in Tangerang area (and surrounding).
